Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer emergency repair services?

Yes, we will accommodate emergency repairs to the best of our ability. Call 303-367-1513 and let us know how we can help you.

How often should I schedule refrigeration, cooking equipment, or HVAC system maintenance?

We suggest you schedule maintenance on your commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment every quarter. We offer competitive maintenance contracts to help keep your equipment up and running. When you have a maintenance contract with us, we provide discounts on any repairs you may need on your equipment.

What brands of equipment do you service? Do you do equipment installations?

We can service any brand of commercial kitchen or commercial HVAC equipment. Contact us to discuss your installation needs.

How can I improve the energy efficiency of my commercial equipment?

Besides upgrading to new energy-efficient models, we recommend regular quarterly maintenance and proper usage of your equipment to ensure it runs efficiently.

What are the signs that my equipment needs repair or replacement?

If you hear unusual noises, notice that the temperature is not holding or you see other inconsistencies with temperature, you may want to contact us to check out your equipment. Also, if you notice that your energy bills are higher than normal without obvious explanation (i.e. temperature fluctuations), you should also get your equipment checked out. We will help you diagnose the problem and have an honest conversation with you about the best route to take. For example, if your equipment is over 10 years old, and repairs cost over half of what the equipment is worth, your best option may be to replace your equipment. We will always help guide you with what is in your best interest!

Do you provide a warranty or guarantee on your services?

We offer a 30-day warranty on all work performed and we honor whatever the manufacturer warranty is for parts.

Can you help with compliance and regulatory requirements for commercial kitchen equipment?

Customers will need to ensure they are compliant with health regulations and local laws. Health inspectors can advise on these. If the health department says that something needs to be done with your equipment, we can help you with repairs or modifications, but we typically rely on health department inspectors to advise on regulatory requirements.
